An Overview of LABS Group
The LABS Group is the world’s first end-to-end investment ecosystem that is focused on real estate and has its own dedicated real estate securities exchange. Powered by blockchain, the LABS Group plans to disrupt the world of real estate by fractionalizing real estate investments. This ecosystem is powered by both its native token and the capabilities of DeFi.
Since assets in the LABS Group ecosystem are fractionalized, the high barrier for entry in the form of minimum investment is removed and thus, the space is accessible to smaller investors. The use of blockchain also means that investors are not limited by geographical boundaries.
The LABS security token allows for collateralized lending in which investors can leverage their existing assets to acquire loans so as to invest in more projects. On the LABS Group trading platform, the sale of security assets with higher liquidity compared to the traditional real estate market.
The native LABS token also serves multiple functions in this ecosystem. For one, it is used for governance purposes as holders will be able to invest in fractional shares of real estate assets. Holders will also have access to lower prices for these investments and can nominate projects for the community to invest in. There is also the option to stake your tokens in exchange for interest after a given time.
