Q1. Kindly give brief introduction about yourself, Crypto experience and your role at #IXSWAP Project?
Sharaa Miran | IX Swap:
Hey, my name is Sharaa Miran. I am from Norway and currently based in the US. I have been involved with crypto for many years and I got the opportunity to join the IX Swap team in May 2021. I was very excited about IX Swap because it wasn’t a crypto project that had no use case or that was similar to other projects. It was a project that wanted to make a huge difference in the financial world which I really liked the idea of. At IX Swap I am an investment analyst, but I also do lots of business development.

I have started 6 start-ups in blockchain, proptech, real estate, and social media, all from scratch some successful exits. I went to China when I was 20 and stayed for 12 years, mainly in Shanghai and Beijing, they were wild times at every level.
Since 2017 I have been 100% focused on STO and believe this is the biggest opportunity (alongside crypto) in the world today to be spending my days on.
I create new business opportunities in new markets and have a great team around us making it happen.

Q2. Let’s talk in detail about #IXSWAP project. What are the main features of the project?

So simply explained IX Swap is the “Uniswap” of the STO/TSO industry, the regulatory and liquidity solution for security tokens and tokenized stocks. IX Swap will be the FIRST platform to provide liquidity pools and automated market making functions for the security token (STO) & tokenized stock industry (TSO). The platform will facilitate the trading of security tokens through licensed custodians and security brokers which will provide actual ownership and claim over these real world assets.
The main feature of IX Swap is to bring liquidity to the security token market and also being able to issue security tokens and tokenized stocks. We are going to bring liquidity to this market by using Automated Market Makers and yes we have the licences necessary to deal with STOs and TSOs.
An example of a use case of our product could be this: A Bitcoin farm that wants to expand but doesn’t have the capabilities to issue an IPO. Instead of that, they can come to us which is much simpler and cheaper than the IPO route and through our partner InvestaX we can issue them an STO and then list them on our platform at IXSWAP/o they can be traded on our platform along with other third-party platforms.

important to note IX Swap is STO exchange agnostic and protocol agnostic, so its positioned to be able to provide liquidity solutions for STO from all over the world
and STO issued on different chains over time

Q3. What are the major utilities of holding the #IXSWAP Native token? How does team plan to enhance it value so as to attract users onboard?

So first of all great question. I’ll list the major utilities of holding the IX Swap native token.
Native Token: IXS Token is the native token on IX Swap and will act as an incentive reward for contributing to the ecosystem growth
Swap Fees: IXS Token holders will be able to stake their holdings to receive a share of the swap fees
Paired Pools: IXS paired pools will have boosted returns over non IXS paired pools
Payment Token: IXS will also be the native payment token on the InvestaX licensed STO CEX platform
We also have our Liquidity mining program out now at https://www.lm.ixswap.io/ with a current APR at 149%, and we also have a staking program for the token as well.

The mission is to get every STO asset (TAM of private market STO $7.5T USD today, forecast to grow to $15T USD in 2025) in some capacity paired with IXS in trading pools, so we have real demand for the IXS token and real use case, as those that pair a portion of their STO with IXS will be rewarded over using USDC or other coins. Growth potential is immense.

Basically, for our platform, the IXS token is what users need to buy to get all the platform perks. With what I have mentioned above and more stuff that’s not been announced yet, we will enhance IX Swaps’ value.

100% and this is the most important thing, you gotta have a project with a real usecase or else it will die when ur fundings are gone
just like any other business in the real world!

Q4. How has the development been so far with #IXSWAP Platform? Are things proceeding ahead right on track?
Julian Kwan | IX Swap:

yes things are on track, although its a world 1st , so lots to think through and plan out, but the team is working around the clock to make it happen
So far we have had a successful IDO/IEO also currently listed on Kucoin and Uniswap. We have also been on track with all previous roadmap points as well.
Development has been going on great! We have a really strong team on this side of our project and they are really doing a great job delivering quality work and as always things are proceeding on the right track. We will start to publish a developer log each month so we can also update our community on this part of our project as well.
We launched staking and liquidity mining and have announced some partnerships with some important news coming very soon for our community

Q5. How is #IXSWAP project different from other competitors, if there is any?
Sharaa Miran | IX Swap:
So, there are some other projects that deal with STO’s and TSO’s but we don’t like to look at any of them as competitors rather than potential partners. We are doing this project to evolve the cryptocurrency space into a new era with STO’s and TSO’s and doing this alone is much harder than working together with projects already in this space!
But to mention some differences between us and other projects in the same space is our liquidity solution with AMMs and liquidity pools but also our licenses as there are projects out there who are currently not holding licenses to deal in this space.

IX Swap doesn’t really have any competitors at this stage, we see potential to work with any STO platform or issuer seeking liquidity solutions and already forging some strong partnerships that see the value in the service IX Swap provides.
STO market will grow to a Trillion dollar marketplace, we want to be the leader, but not the only one, the securities market is simply too big, but being 1st mover, we have a good advantage at this stage

Q6. What major events are expected in Q4 2021 as per #IXSWAP Development roadmap?

From our roadmap for Q4 2021 we have some events coming up:
- Smart Contract Audit — IXS Phase 1.5
- IXS Phase 1.5 Launch
- Smart Contract Audit — IXS Phase 2.0
While our platform launches in Q1. We also have a bunch of announcements to make in Q4 that are not on our roadmap that we don’t want to reveal yet so follow us on social media for that!

We do also have some exciting announcements coming in the next few weeks, that are not on our roadmap, we want to make sure we get this right and create the right launch.

Today most investors only care about current profits but ignore long-term profits. So can you give them some advice as to why they should buy and hold $IXS long term?
Julian Kwan | IX Swap:
ill take a good 1st qu. Ultimately we believe IX Swap and the STO market will have the same surge in value that happened when Uniswap launched for crypto pools. We think 2022 is going to prove to be the break out year for STO, so holding for the mid term should pay off, we are not building this product for creating short term value, but to be the biggest player in the STO AMM space

Amina Peter:
Many traders are uncomfortable or interested in STO due to its strict regulation, government intervention and other issues that frustrates traders. So people distance themself from it. Even Binance and other popular Dexes have stopped it trading on thier platforms. So how are you making STO attractable to traders and investors? Any big steps taken so far?
Sharaa Miran | IX Swap:
Well we have the liqudiity solution so they can be easily traded and we have the licenses so we do not have any regulatory issues.

What makes you feel confident about the survival & sustainable success of Your project in the near future? While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?

Value of project, our team, our connections and community and also the licenses we have. We do consider what our community tells us of course!
