HunterX — Q1. Kindly give brief introduction about yourself, Crypto experience and your role at #Greenheart?
Shane Brett — Thanks guys — I am the CEO of the Greenheart Punt project — focusing on enhancing CBD Production Through Decentralized Finance, AI and Drone Technology.
The token project is led by Greenheart CBD — one of Europe’s leading, licensed CBD producers.
Personally, I have been in finance and technology for 25 years and involved in crypto for 5 years. I have founded 4 different blockchain and fintech startups and written multiple books on tech entrepreneurship.
HunterX — Wow.. Good to hear about your wide exposure in the field of finance, tech and crypto as well..
HunterX — Since when is the company already in operations?
Shane Brett — For the past three years, the Greenheart team has been building out a global model focusing on producing CBD (the legal derivative of hemp) and is now targeting increased CBD cultivation by farmers worldwide. The company started selling its products in Jan 2020 — and is now profitable and has over 2,500 customers

HunterX — Q2. Let’s talk in detail about #Greenheart project. What are the main features of the project?
Shane Brett — The focus of the Greenheart CBD project is to help the 2 billion underserved that live on < $2 dollars a day — to help them improve their income and their families standard of living by switching to CBD farming.
The primary concept is based on a DeFi platform to increase farmers’ income across the world — by providing them with direct access to loan funding for CBD production.
By leveraging our advanced Artificial Intelligence Drone technology and Big Data analytics, we will be able to maximize returns from CBD cultivation, providing farmers with much higher income compared to existing agricultural crops.

HunterX — Does CBD farming require some specific conditions? Any idea?
Shane Brett — Yes. It can be grown anywhere — depending on the technology and infrastructure.
Sometimes we enhance the soil. Our production processes can really help farmers switching over to CBD
HunterX — Q3. What are the main uses of CBD oil? Why does a business related to CBD sales need tokenization?
Shane Brett — CBD products can be used for anxiety and overall wellness.
Personally, I have used it for my bad back for years!
Farmers and the underserved in the developing world cannot access traditional bank finance to grow CBD
Farmers and the underserved in the developing world cannot access traditional bank finance and Tokenization is a way to raise community funding to provide funding to these forgotten 2 Billion and initially farmers to switch over to CBD cultivation.
The CBD industry is one of the fastest growing retail segments globally. Forbes estimates the global market for CBD will reach $20 billion by 2024 but banks aren’t lending to producers to switch to growing hemp (especially in the poor world). So we are stepping in to provide the funding.

HunterX — Q4. What are the major utilities of holding the #CBD punt token? How does team plan to enhance it value so as to attract users onboard?
Shane Brett — Yes have multiple utilities for the CBD Punt token:-
1. Tokenholders can purchase our products, partners products — at the largest discount available in the market. This is already live on our dApps store.
2. We are also launching multiple Staking opportunities soon. Our vault will be open later this quarter and is being built into our new mobile application.
3. We are using our drone technology to collect data on the CBD production process which we are commercialising to research institutes and universities.
4. We have a huge range of global partnerships ready to roll out shortly and announced in the next few weeks — including ZenaTech, Hill International, Lumipay and Uniphar. This will drive worldwide token adoption and Greenheart international expansion.
5. Crucially, once the platform is live we will enable community-led crowdsourced loans — to allow our community to lend directly to the 2 billion underserved — across a range of CBD and other ESG related sustainability initiatives.
6. And lastly, after crowdfunding is in place, we will launch a buy back program for the token!

HunterX — Q5. What roadmap does the #Greenheart team have for the year? Is the private sale closed? When can we expect public sale?
Shane Brett — The private sale is now filled. The public sale takes place on BSC Pad and MANTRA DAO on May 6th.
The roadmap over the next 18 month is packed with new partner announcements, technology developments and community enhancement programs.

Shane Brett — Our Number 1 focus is to target the Underserved in poor countries globally. Thats the core focus of the whole project.
Farmers in poor countries want to grow CBD — but they can’t get the finance to switch. We will provide it!

What is your strategy to attract new users and Investor to Your platform battling the other NFT projects ?
Shane Brett — Thanks for your question. The token is not an NFT. We are focused on helping the underserved in the developing world. We are not in competition with NFT’s.
Tom — Q2.Can I be addictive after consuming GreenHeart CBD? too much? any time I can consume it so I don’t get addicted?
Shane Brett — No. CBD is not believed to be addictive. However I would recommend speaking to your doctor before starting to take it.
Ajay — Q3.What is your role in the crypto market apart from tokenisation ? Or is it just raising funds for CBD Oil production.
Mark Canavan — We are provide a Defi platform for lending to farmers that are under served
Bob — Q4. Are your products available globally , as all production is concentrated in Ireland ?
Shane Brett — Initially we launched and produced in Ireland. Now we have just started cultivation in New Jersey in the US. Next we are targeting developing countries — Thailand, Panama, South Africa.

Shane Brett — Yes. We have had the protocol audited by a NASDAQ listed cyber technology company. PM for full details
Jeje —Q6. How long does GreenHeart CBD last? how long does this product stay in my body system?
Mark Canavan — There is no thc in our products, A 30ml bottle of our oil 5% should last 45 days if it is taken as advised

Mark Canavan — Our oil does not get you high although it will help you relax

Shane Brett — Yes we have been audited by Epazz the technology and dev tech security company. PM me for the audit report
L — Q9.what drugs should not be taken with Green heart cbd? are there any side effects after consuming it?
Shane Brett — Blood thinking drugs should not be taken with our products. You should consult your doctor if you are taking any other medication.no there are no side effects when taking the oil on its own
Canjoin —Q10. How do plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not spoken well? Do you have local communities for them to let them better understand about your project?
Mark Canavan — We are going to release our app and info regarding the project in different language. Please follow our telegram group for more info on this
Kaido —Q11. Can you list 1–3 killer features of Your Project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about?
Mark Canavan — We are defi project for the cbd industry providing finance for the globally undeserved. We have state of the art technology that has major usps in our processing and our products because of this
Filipanso Yuria —Q12. What are the biggest bottlenecks currently and how are you planning on dealing with them? Any big news you’re allowed to share in this group?
Shane Brett — The biggest bottleneck to fast global expansion has been funding. It takes months to raise a million or two of VC funding and launching a new CBD production site can cost from $50k to $250k depending on size. So doing a token raise is a great way to raise the funding we can lend to farmers to switch to CBD growth. Many would like to but they haven;t funding. The raise helps over come that quickly!

Adamsto —Q13. During the 2020 I got scammed a few times, rugs, exit scams etc. — how can we investors be sure that this will not be similar, are your contracts public & somewhere to be seen?

Silver Spoon —Q14. Does greenheart CBD oil show up on a blood test? Does greenheart CBD oil show up in a drug test?
Shane Brett — No it won’t come up in a blood test. THC in our products is zero.
Thuỷ Tiên —Q15. On moving forward through your roadmap, what are your most important next priorities? Does your team have enough fundamental (Funds, Community, ect) to achieve those milestones?
Shane Brett — Our most important aspect for the crypto/defi element are the partnership with different platforms and bridges to ensure confidence from tokenholders. In the cbd space, the roll out of our global partners and intro to new markets

Mark Canavan — We are audited by epazz who is a technology company and partner specialising in this space
Emily —Q18. Can you explain how is your Tokenomics Distribution? How many tokens Will be minted ? And How many tokens Will be locked by the team?
150 million tokens have been minted. 30 million tokens have been locked for the team, advisors and partners and they are been vested over 12–24 months
Alex Ferrari —Q19. Some DeFi projects were recently “hacked” as per their explanations. How do you think these recent events on other DeFi products affects the trust by users? What can Your Project do in order to ensure crypto enthusiasts that DeFi is safe and reliable?
Mark Canavan — Can you dm us for more info and discuss this further, we have a secure system in place
sourav — Q20.Why did you choose constellation protocol as your partner. Any stratigic view , or just random choice.
Shane Brett — We haven’t officially chosen Constellation yet but we are analysing working with them (and them with us!) in detail and based on their excellent technology and dynamic, cutting edge protocol we hope to announce something more formal in the near future.
Bob — Q21. Are your products available globally , as all production is concentrated in Ireland ?
Paul — we are based in Ireland currently expanding into the states and looking to move into Thailand so we definitely have a global approach
Adamsto — Q22.Most DeFi projects especially those ones offering yield farming are driven up by hype and scarcity, so when the hype dies the project dies. What’s the key to sustaining Your Project yield farming ?
Shane Brett — We have worked really hard to put in place a concrete sustainable yield farming program. Over the next 12 months this will consist of 1. Building the DeFi lending Platform. 2. Initial loans from Greenheart to farmers 3. Community Led loans to farmers and the Underserved directly. 4. Begin lending to other related ESG initiatives. Those 4 steps allow for real, gradual and sustainable expansion of the project — which is led by Greenheart a profitable company and Europe’s fastest growing CBD producer — that has already produced $12 Million worth of CBD oil to date and just expanded into the USA
clark Kent —Q23. Honestly, what do you guys think about crypto ‘investors’? We aren’t necessarily stake holders/hold equity but we can be very demanding and sometimes hostile. Is this one of the reasons why the team goes ‘dark’ sometimes?
Mark Canavan — We are existing company with a strong reputation. We are now well funded and are expanding our team 💚
